Documentation Assistant

JOB OVERVIEW:

The position performs encoding of relevant information generated through the day-to-day activities of the assigned section. Also, this position aids the section with all documentation and administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • One (1) year of experience relevant to the position is a plus.
  • Has basic numerical and clerical skills.
  • Knowledge in computer applications (Microsoft Office Applications).
  • Knowledge in SAP and Ariba is a plus.
Billing Analyst

JOB OVERVIEW:

Performs procedures related to vessel and/or cargo billing; Responsible for evaluation and processing of the shipping documents as well as assessment of the port fees based on the agreed PPA Tariff and other charges; Prepares and submits collection reports together with the supporting documents for turnover to Cash Section and/or to PPA.; and Coordinates with other departments (e.g., Operations, ITSS, Finance, etc.) with regards to assessment, invoicing of vessel and/or cargo charges and preparing internal reports of billing summaries.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related studies
  • Relevant work experience in billing, financial analysis, financial reporting, audit or related fields is beneficial but is not required.
  • Knowledge in port operations and the industry is an advantage.
  • CPA certification is preferred but is not required
Mechanical Technician

JOB OVERVIEW:

Maintains and Repair Quay cranes and Rubber Tyred Gantry cranes to ensure their efficiency and availability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 2 years of experience relevant to the job.
  • Knowledge of reading and interpreting diagrams.
  • Knowledge on hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Experience in heavy equipment handling electrical/electronic control.
  • Amenable to work in a workshop environment and be exposed to sun, dust, smoke and noise.
Electrical Technician

JOB OVERVIEW:

HSE Coordinator

JOB OVERVIEW:

Responsible for oversight, implementation, and internal auditing of the facility's compliance to relevant regulatory requirements, applicable HSE Management System standards (i.e. 14001 & 18001).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably of an Engineering / technical course)

  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience in an Occupational Health & Safety & Environmental Management function
  • Certified in BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety & Health)
  • Preferably completed a course in Pollution Control Officer, Basic Life Support/First Aid Training
  • Knowledgeable in:
    • Risk and impact assessments, including hazard and aspect identification and control;
    • Various HSE regulations; 
    • Incident reporting and investigation
    • ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements.
       
Vessel Planner

JOB OVERVIEW

Create, maintain, review, optimize and administer vessel plans, yard allocations and vessel plan with existing terminal resources.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Industrial engineering, math or equivalent math courses.
  • 1-2 years of work experience. Fresh graduates with good resumes may apply.
  • Basic knowledge on computer application including Microsoft office.
Draftsman

JOB OVERVIEW

Coordinates with the Supervisors, Section heads and other Department heads regarding the proposed projects for layouts and sketches of plans. Draft/designs layout of the plans for approval of the section and department head.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Graduate (Architectural design, drafting)
  • At least 2 years of experience in drafting, utilities drawing, and site development drawings.
  • Computer literacy skills on the latest version of AutoCAD
