Dormitory Supervisor

JOB OVERVIEW:

  • In charge of managing and overseeing the all operations and day to day activities to the following key areas: Dormitory operations, Laundry services, and Budget management (within functional area).
  • Perform routine inspections of facilities and examines building to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment, and makes recommendations to management.
  • Key personnel responsible in in ensuring that all areas of the facilities work smoothly and efficiently.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience
  • NC Il in Housekeeping is a plus
Technical Supervisor

JOB OVERVIEW:

  • Provides assistance by overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all building facilities as needed in coordination with all departments/ sections/ tenants concerned.
  • Leads the maintenance team in conducting the preventive/ corrective maintenance activities of the technicians.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least college level, vocational course degree is a plus.
  • At least two (2) years in facilities maintenance.
  • Driver's License is a plus
  • Has skills in installation, repair and maintenance of all types of electrical and mechanical system equipment and components, minor troubleshooting works related to electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, carpentry, and the likes.
Mechanical Technician

JOB OVERVIEW:

Maintains and Repair Quay cranes and Rubber Tyred Gantry cranes to ensure their efficiency and availability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 2 years of experience relevant to the job.
  • Knowledge of reading and interpreting diagrams.
  • Knowledge on hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Experience in heavy equipment handling electrical/electronic control.
  • Amenable to work in a workshop environment and be exposed to sun, dust, smoke and noise.
Electrical Technician

JOB OVERVIEW:
